1). Fees to be paid on or before the 10th of every month.
2). Payment will be received in Cash/Cheque. Cheque will be in favour of ‘DE PAUL SCHOOL’. Kindly mention Student’s Name, class, Section, Roll No, on the reverse of the cheque.
3). Fees must be correctly filled with all the required details before being presented at the bank.
4). Rs. 300/- will be charged in case of cheque bounce.In case of lose of fee book kindly produce a DG for duplicate fee, at cost of Rs.50/-
5). The due date for the payment of the fee is 10th of the every month. If the fee is not paid on the last day of the month a fine of Rs. 300/- will be charged.
6). For the Month of February and March fee will be paid by 15th of February.
7). If the fee remain unpaid for TWO CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, the name of the defaulter will be struck off the roll without any prior notification.
8). TC & any other official documents will not be issued unless all dues are fully cleared. TC will be issued with the cost of Rs. 100/-
9). The admission amount is non refundable in case of withdrawal.
10) School fees are charged for twelve months of the year.
11) Three months fees are to be paid at the time of admission to any class.
12) Parents are earnestly requested to preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them as a proof of payment of fees, if demanded.
13) Students shall not be allowed to sit for half- yearly or annual examinations unless all dues are cleared in time .
